A Unique Window into The World’s Most Prominent Societies
A significant advantage of Wiley Digital Archives lies in its esteemed partnerships with many of the world’s leading societies.

Wiley Digital Archives is a dynamic initiative that will continue to amass rich primary source content as we work to digitize the archival collections of select partners. Distinct and deliberate, society archives afford an exclusive look into their values, ideas, disagreements, breakthroughs, aspirations and personal member interactions that shaped the pursuit of their scientific goals over time. By approaching scientific research through this humanistic lens, researchers gain a more holistic understanding of the role of the sciences in a broad range of humanities and social science research topics. The initial release of Wiley Digital Archives will focus on the subject strengths of our society partners, specifically inviting researchers to explore the unique, newly-digitized primary source content from The New York Academy of Science, the Royal Anthropological Institute of Great Britain and Ireland, the Royal College of Physicians and the Royal Geographical Society (with IBG).
